The food from Alligator Green has been the biggest disappointment of over 2 years of living in Bishkek.
The Chilli con carne is a clear watery soup, rather than a tomato sauce, with hot-dog sausages and without any beans.
it was a very sad excuse for what should be a great dish.
The tacos are all mashed together, forming one slimy pile of goo in the box. The burritos and enchiladas did not fare any better.
I had one bite of every dish, and everything was thrown straight in the bin.
I can not call this Mexican food at all, in fact I would struggle to even call it food.
Huge disappointment, find another place to eat.

меня зовут Ольга Манжосова,я управляющая Аллигатор Грин.
Ещё раз приношу искренние сожаления и извинения и от себя лично и от всего нашего песонала за принесенные Вам и Вашим гостям разочарования, недобства и испорченный вечер из-за заказа блюд мексиканской кухни, сделанного из нашего кафе.
По поводу причин произошедшего, могу , к сожалению, только повторить позицию нашего кафе, уже высказанную менеджером Еленой в телефонном разговоре с Вами в тот вечер. Мы не претендуем на абсолютную аутентичность мексиканской кухни в Аллигатор Грин. Такая она, наверное только в Мексике, Техасе - местах где она зародилась. Думаю также , это касается любой национальной кухни. Кроме того - спорить о том, какой Чили Кон Корне правильный - также неразумно, как спорить о том какой именно борщ или бешбармак является самым правильным и аутентичным . В каждой провинции, области, семье свой рецепт и именно он истинный. Конечно есть общие моменты. Чили Кон Корне в общем своём смысле - блюдо из измельченного мяса, перчиков, овощей, круп, специй. Четыре вида есть в нашем меню и везде разный состав. С говяжим фаршем , нарезанным антрекотом, курицей. С фасолью, нутом, булгуром, кукурузой. Везде овощи, везде специи. Охотничьи колбаски это лишь добавочной ингредиент в том виде чили, что Вы заказали. За мясную составляющую там отвечает мелко измельчённый антрекот. И наши чили густые. Не как паста, которую можно намазывать - честно говоря я таких чили не видела, но они густые -нечто среднее между первым и вторым в нашем представлении.
Катерина, на самом деле - нам очень огорчительно, что мы доставили Вам неприятности. Это никуда не годится, мы искренне переживаем и сожалеем. Позвольте повторить наше предложение в качестве извинительной меры - мы полностью возвращаем Вам деньги за заказ, включая доставку. Мы можем доставить деньги непосредственно на Ваш адрес, если Вам неудобно заехать лично . Или приглашаем Вас посетить Аллигатор, попробовать другие блюда, не мексиканской кухни. У нас есть большой выбор по кухне и интересная барная карта. Разумеется за счёт заведения.
